Prize Draw & Awards

Prizes will be awarded as advertised during the event.

Winners will be selected either randomly or according to the criteria stated for each prize.

The organizers’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the organizers reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Prizes are sponsored by independent businesses. The organizers are not responsible for arranging delivery or fulfillment of sponsored prizes; this must be coordinated directly with the sponsor.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to participate in promotional activities related to Hope in Bloom, including but not limited to photography and social media content.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the event.

Attendance at the event is considered acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment that announcements made on the day serve as official notification.

Liability & Responsibility

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The venue (Urth, Bloemfontein) provides standard event liability cover; however, the organizers accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents arising from participation.

The organizers and table hosts are not responsible for:

Allergic reactions to tea, food, or beverages provided.

Damage, loss, or breakage of personal property, including fragile tea sets or other items brought by table hosts.

Technical issues, misplaced tickets, or other circumstances affecting eligibility.

Table hosts act solely as facilitators and carry no liability for attendees seated at their tables.

General

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended at the discretion of the organizers without prior notice.

Participation in the event or prize draw signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
